Malabka waxaa ku jira faa’idooyin badan oo ka mid ah vitamiino iyo macdano , sida vitamin B2, iyo B3, B5,B6, iyo faa’idooyin badan.baaritaan la sameeyay ayaa waxaa la ogaaday in malabku daawo uyahay cuduro badan, siiba cudurada haraga qaar ka mid ah.Waxaad u isticmaali kartaa malabka habab badan oo aan ahayn cunidiisa. Malabka waxaa isticmaala shirkado badan oo sameeya alaabooyinka la isku qurxiyo.Waxaa kuu sheegi doonaa siyaabo aad isoogu qurxin kartid malabka adoo guriga jooga.
